To begin the process of booking a speaker, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the following information:
- Your name
- Event Date
- Desired speaker(s) (View Availbale Speakers)
Once you have sent us that, you will be contacted by a Speaker’s Bureau representative. They will discuss your event with you and go over speaker availability and your own time and budget constraints.
Once you have decided on a date, the representative will discuss the financial aspects of your event. All speaker bookings carry an honorarium, but these rates are not fixed. We will do our best to work within your budget constraints.
Once a date and price are decided upon, the representative will send you an event contract, which finalizes the price, event date, and contact information. Travel and accomodation for speakers is your responsibility. These can be arranged by you or by us, although you are expected to cover the costs.
